Introducer Referral System

It is likely that we have already developed much of the system you would require which will reduce the overall cost to you.

The brief was to to develop a comprehensive partner referral system for new introductions to BT Local Business Manchester. This system allows a close working relationship between the company and business introducers and allows these introducers to track referrals from initial lead through to completion.

Functionality on this website includes:

• Automatically creates a referral url so partner / introducer can add registration form to their own website. Registrations from this unique url are logged to the partner.
• Add and list lead providers
• Add and list partners
• Ability to differentiate between potential and active partners to quickly identify most effective partners
• Add and list clients
• Associate a client with a lead provider / partner
• Edit client progress details by selecting from a pre-defined list.
• Add notes to clients
• Set (staff) reminders for clients not contacted within a pre-defined time period in order to manage client chase-ups
• Automatically generated updates in .csv / .xls format to send to introducers / partners on a preset basis
• Add a schedule to a client progress as a reminder to follow up on a call or previous contact. Select a staff member to share the schedule which is sent automatically to Outlook to add as a calendar event
• Partner logins to monitor progress of their referrals
• Create and edit pages automatically to display on the front end of the website
